Alex Martinez and Gerard Montagut (hereinafter, the "Company") establishes and presents the privacy policy detailed below, in order to protect the personal information of users who use "Soldi App" (hereinafter, the "Application") and to resolve any relevant complaints.
1. Purpose of Processing Personal Information
The Company collects and uses personal information for the following purposes:
- Registration and management of membership: confirmation of membership intention, identification/authentication, maintenance and management of membership, prevention of illegal use of services, sending various notices, etc.
- Provision of goods or services: provision of service, delivery of contract/invoice, provision of basic and personalized service, identity verification, age verification, bill payment and settlement, debt collection, etc.
- Consumer complaint management: identification of data subject, confirmation of complaints, contact/notification for fact-finding, and notification of processing results.
- Marketing and advertising: provision of personalized advertisements, opportunities to participate in events, statistics on data subjects' use of services, etc.
- Improvement of existing services and development of new personalized services.
- Processing of pseudonymized information for the preparation of statistics, scientific research and record keeping in the public interest.
2. Elements of Personal Information Processed
The Company collects and processes the following personal information from users of the Application:

- Information collected when using the payment service:
- Credit card payment: payment information such as card company name and card number.
- Bank transfer: payment information such as account holder name, account number and bank.
- Payment by cell phone number: payment information such as phone number and telecommunications company.
- When using the service, the following personal information is automatically created and collected: cookies, service usage logs (visit logs, misuse logs), device information (cell phone model name, operating system name and version), ad identifiers, etc.
- To handle consumer complaints: the necessary information is collected and processed among the user's previous ones.
3. Retention Period and Use of Personal Information
- The Company retains and uses the user's personal information for as long as the user uses the services as a member. When the user requests withdrawal of membership or the Company fulfills the purpose of the collection and use of personal information, the Company will immediately destroy the relevant personal information. However, if the Company terminates the contract for use of the service according to the Terms of Use, the relevant personal information will be retained for one year to prevent unauthorized registration and use of the service, and the information will be deleted immediately after the end of such period.
- Notwithstanding the foregoing, the following information is retained for the specified period for the following reasons:
- Personal information related to the use of the service (log records): 3 months (Communications Secrecy Protection Act).
- Records on the withdrawal of contracts or subscriptions, etc., and records on payment and supply of goods: 5 years (Law on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc.).
- Records on the handling of consumer complaints or disputes: 3 years (Law on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc.).
